Since both the postal service and our team experience increased shipping and workload during this time, we can only respond to inquiries about the status of shipments that have already been dispatched for 5 business days.

– Orders made on Fri/Sat/Sun will be shipped on Monday morning, in the worst case tuesday morning
– After your order is marked shipped, we send your order within 24h and we will destroy your shipping information!!!
– If your pracel is shipped tracked, we cant provide you the trackingid for security reasons, but we can tell you the current status!!!
– If tracking shows your package as delivered, the shipment is completed for us. This status is final and a reship is excluded from here!!!
– If your parcel is seized, we will reship if your parcel was tracked!!
– If you leave incorrect address or without name, you order at your own risk!!!
– If you order to a Packstation or Postfach, you order at your own risk. We expressly warn against their use and their frequent problems with delivery. We are not liable for anything!!!
– We only send to Germany and Austria. If you order to a country that we do not specify, a reship and refund is excluded!!!
– If a part of the order is missing, this must be reported to us within 48h otherwise the right to a reship expires!
– The vacuum process prevents the tablets from rustling. This contributes enormously to the inconspicuousness of the packaging.
– If you are not satisfied with our quality and cannot provide us a lab report that demonstrably supports your claim, we will not discuss with you. We know our products, we know our costumers, we know our lab. We do not have time to send multiple lab reports to every „professional“ and prove that they are genuine – please buy elsewhere then. If you do not respect that, we will no longer accept any orders from you.
-In principle, we delete all shipment data 72 after finalizing. We cannot check every order to see if the tracking says delivered. If your order has not arrived after 5 working days (excluding weekends/holidays) then please contact us.
ATTENTION:
Buyers who accept the points in our Order Conditions and still find fault with them in the reviews will be blocked by us without objection.
